The La Grange Police Department hosts the National Night
Out campaign throughout the community. La Grange joins
forces with thousands of communities nationwide in
observing National Night Out which is held on the first
Tuesday in August. |
|
National Night Out is designed to heighten crime and drug
prevention awareness, generate support for and participate
in local anti-crime efforts, strenghten neighborhood spirit
and police-community partnership, and to send a message to
criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized
and fighting back. |
