Neighborhood Watch Program
Neighborhood Watch is a Community Policing partnership program that rapidly expanded nation-wide in the 1970's to combat significant increases in residential crime. This program depends on citizen involvement to prevent and discourage crime and reduce fear by taking certain home, property, and personal self-protection precautions, really getting to know and look out for neighbors, and reporting crimes and suspicious activities to the police.

Homeowners Insurance Reduction Inspections
The program is designed to encourage citizens to become more involved in crime prevention by reducing opportunities for residential burglary. A person is entitled to a premium reduction for homeowner's insurance coverage if that person is found by an inspector to be in compliance with certain specifications.

Security Surveys (business and residential)
The program is designed to encourage businesses to become more involved in crime prevention by reducing opportunities for thefts and burglaries. A person is entitled to a premium reduction for insurance coverage if that person is found by an inspector to be in compliance with certain specifications.
