Water and Sewer Taps
For new construction a water and sewer tap will be necessary to provide service. Please contact the Utilities office at (979) 968-3127. Allow 24 hours for activating an existing meter. If there is no existing meter, a new water tap and fee is required.
Schedule of fees:
Residential Deposit: $75
Commercial Deposit: based on two months consumption
New water tap:
3/4" - $750
1" - $850
Water billing payments are due by the 15th of each month. Payments may be made at 155 E. Colorado.
